Recap

What happened

The second deep dive moved the community from a university campus to a research centre: Illinois ARCS at CREATE Tower opened its doors, and the evening began with opening remarks by the Ambassador of Türkiye to Singapore.

The talks took one threat and looked at it from two sides: what cryptography and machine-learning research can do against it, and what defending real systems looks like after two decades in the field. The Q&A, as usual, was the honest kind.

Partners: Illinois ARCS (host), NTU GSA Turkish Cultural Group, Singapore Turkey Friendship Association, and The Mediterranean Deli Turk.
